Do not worry about prior experience, we want staff with no experience so you will be trained to the way our network works.

Offering players the chance to prove themselves as a staff member which you can use as experience for applying for other staff positions in the future. Instead of hiring high epxperience staff members, we want to give the opportunities to those who don't have the experience.

I appreciate the response however I did try leaving it vague for a reason, i want people who are interested in learning something new, so by being approached by players who are not aware of what they are getting themsleves into are the type of people i'm looking for.
