Thread design is looking quite nice, but one comment I have is to include more servers you've been either Admin or Manager on as it seems most of you're experience are lower staff positions such as Helper, Mod, etc. Listing those types of experiences doesn't really give server Owners a good insight on your Management experience, and affects the amount of people that want to hire you.

Simply just a suggestion you could implement, other than that I wish you the best of luck with finding work!

I agree with PenguinNerd, maybe you should start off as a Administrator or Moderator, work you're way up and gain more experience.
