Vector Artist, budget unknown looking for illustrator first

So basically, I'm looking for an illustrator that is adept with their work and can efficiently get a piece done. They style I'm going for is basically the Vector Art in my profile picture - apart from a few changes I'd like.

So all-in-all, I'd like to see deep portfolios in order for me to consider you.
