I bought it quite a while ago for Christmas and I can confirm you get this and a bunch of other programs. Although I am an Adobe fanboy, it is definitely worth it for compatibility use or if you want to experience other video editing software. This is ideal especially since you can save hundreds of pounds or dollars.

It's a great software, especially for someone getting in to editing, because although it offers a range of advanced features, it is easy to use, and there are plenty of tutorials online.
