The website does apparently have a format for staff applications.
When you click on apply the format automatically loads up.

I apologise I agreeded with a user that was incorrect and hostile to other users

I guess someone "stole" the name considering my upcoming Velen Network has been in the works for over 2 years, Velen Lounge close to a year.
