Hello MC-Market.
Today I will be talking about VeneticMC, Where I was a manager now currently Ex-Manager. I worked for a 12 years old Swedish kid called Axel. Okay so first off I want to start telling you about Axel, The owner.
Axel is a boy on 12 years, He was starting to act very maturely for his age I need to say. But it came times when he told me to stop playing other games to work. I gave him some small stuff to tell me so I can figure it all up. But he refused and said I was the manager and I need to work as he says. I'm fine that I'm a manager. But if I am right manager is under owner (Expect Co). So I started finish for the last week. I was being on working when I got home from work and it went good and smooth. Before all this I called Axel to a meeting me and him, to tell him what I feel about being a manager on his server. I told him it was fun to create the server. But also that I need breaks to keep my motivation up. He said sure I will stop asking so much and ur doing a great work. I continued working and I contacted website dev and builders. Both from my experience. They worked and we got done. So we had now applications on our website. Worked smoothly after my fixes. But on Wednesday when I got home, I saw that it was players on the server and Axel has opened it. FOR PUBLIC. We had crates dupes and canon fixes and a lot of stuff needed to get done before opening. So this was my first rage. He didn't even inform me. So we kept it opened because he wanted it. Even if it was difficult for me to work. But ye, At this time I said that I will need more permissions and we need to work together. I gave him a last chance. So now on Thursday, he accepted staff members without my permissions. He is 12, I mean I have the experience of 100 +. So I wanted to take care of the applications. So I began to ask him about this and why. Btw he straight promoted this girl to mod. (Before helper). I called him into staff chat. But he refused to go there because he wanted his whole discord server to see what we were talking about. I said don't be foolish and get there. Of course, he added his friend. So I kept the discussion on a low profile maturely but as I was asking stuff he began to talk about panda, how they feel and how they are. When I was going through what we need to work on. I got really pissed and left and took my work with me. (Is that right to take my configs ?). So I straight left. Now let's go to his server VeneticMC. Venetic is a great community as it started and it went great. I got friends that donated 45 $. Because of my work, and yet. The server went good and we got YouTubers and soon ready. When I left. I took my work with me as I said because he hasn't worked a damn minute on it. So I left and now he got a new team. BUT keep out. The server is being straight copied by another server called FactionsPVP www.factionspvp.net ( Proof https://thumb.gyazo.com/thumb/1200/_2c3a3056c9eb851a48dbc38b4685d939-gif.gif ). So the server will be copied so don't expect that it will be great since they just copied and changed colors lmao.

No, the config is not yours to take. Obviously nothing would stop you however. A quick browse of the server shows its factions, but literally nothing else besides unbalanced classes. I highly reccomend turning your server to a competitive UHC server, because factions doesnt really seem like your expertise.

There's a growing industry of 12 year old server owners. The type of owners to ask mom for some cash and sit back, let everyone else do the hard work and fiddle with their thumbs.

In the future if you have a disagreement, I'd make it pretty clear that if he wants to have a manager he'll have to let you do your job and you only. It's hard I know, I do it quite often just to send the message out there.

The server was terrible, and him trying to revive it won't make it better, it'll just resume its previous occupancy, of being shit.

Honestly this is what happens when you work with the younger ones in those positions. They love the power, and don't understand the whole situation all of time and therefore they make ill-informed decisions such as releasing it to the public with many bugs.
