"Verified" eBooks

I know that eBooks aren't allowed here on MC-Market - But I have a suggestion. So basically, there are a lot of people who could just post an eBook, sell it for let's say $10 and then the eBook is pretty crap, and it's not really a scam since you actually bought it.

But I have an idea: So basically, you make a forum where you can post eBooks, and whenever you post a new thread, a moderator must review it and then he/she PM's you asking for the eBook to review it and see so it's actually something that would work or potentially work, and that the price is fair for the eBook. And if it is, they would approve the post, thus making it "Verified".

Thoughts on this?

This kind of seems against some of their other Terms of Service particularly the reselling of plugins and such. If you can't resell a premium plugin because you think it "sucked" or any other reason, I doubt they'd allow the reselling of an eBook. Just saying since I don't believe this would even be in compliance with their other terms so I don't think this is a viable or even sensible suggestion.

Edit: From further reading - perhaps I'm misunderstanding your suggestion, but you stated this suggestion very oddly so I'm interpreting this as what you meant...

Reading off of this - it seems you're implying a reselling of eBooks which goes against their other terms.

No? Read over again... I'm not implying that you should be allowed to resell ebooks, just that you can sell your own, but staff members have to verify that it is not copied and that it works etc..

So basically you want staff to judge what is worth buying and what isn't?
The reason ebooks were originally banned is because its practically impossible for a potential buyer to accurately verify whats in the ebook without seeing it.

I don't really agree with them being sold here, would cause too many problems. But if it was going to be done, it would be far easier to have people upload them as resources, that way a resource moderator checks it through before it is publicly displayed. The whole thread system seems pointless when MCM already has a system for approving things.

Yeah, that might be better. But would you agree if that was the system?

And also, a question: Are ebooks allowed to be sold if they guarantee you a certain thing? For example, a ebook on "How to find bases in Minecraft", and you know the actual locations of the bases
