So is there a way to verify your PayPal account without a bank attached? I currently have a prepaid visa card on the account but no bank. I would appreciate any help

Hard to, I don't see why anyone of legal age wouldn't want to add their bank and card anyway?

In my case I don't have a bank account

Get your parents to support you, or having a PayPal underage is not legal although many do it and have their money limited

I know it's not legal. My dad is technically the one who owns the account. (His name on it) but he doesn't trust putting his bank and/or credit card on any online site. He made the account so I could use it

there is a way. Just connect the card and verify the phone number. Once that is done then verify you're email. After that you should have a 100% Confirmed Account.

Should contact your bank and ask a teller about it. They helped me with mine.
