All very good points.Scenario 1 - user gets verified. Transaction doesn't go well, but not because of either party actively scamming. What happens? Shitstorm, because the verified user will be accused of scamming regardless, and people will put the blame on the staff.
Scenario 2 - User gets verified. Deals with another verified user. Because they're both verified, the value of the deal is higher than normal. One of them scams. Verified is now useless because it happened the same as would've happened when they weren't verified. Not to mention the victim party will try to sue MCM because they could technically be held liable for verifying the scammed user, and the value of the deal was sufficient to make legal action somewhat worthwhile.
Scenario 3 - User tries to deal with verified user. Is told to go first, gets scammed. Never trusts another verified again.
