This plugin allows players on 1.10 1.9 and 1.8 to join your 1.8 server BUT if your on 1.9 or 1.10 you won't have all the items added in those versions! Only the things added in 1.8

Edit: might not have it, but paperspigot supports 1.8-1.10 last I remember, they probably added support to 1.11 by now too
