I need a very basic plugin made. It will probably take an hour at most to make, but I don't know how to program, lol. I can pay $10 for the plugin unless there's a good reason to pay more!

Here's the requirements that need to be met
Picks can be customized to fit in any slot of the player’s hotbar
Pick enchantments are permanent (regardless of changing pick types) and can be added using a command (needs integration with Enchant Token’s custom enchantments)

- Hotbar command

- Enchant command
- Levelpick.setpick
- Set the pick level
- And anything you might need to add. This is pretty much the whole plugin….
