I recommend providing us with proof of ownership over this project, as it will increase your chances of making a sale. I also recommend lowering the starting bid, as this will encourage users to bid if they want to purchase the project.

Although I really like, it looks like a Kitpvp map to me. Goodluck!

The above^. This site attracts scammers and unreliable people by its very nature, so proving that you are definitely the creator/owner of this build will stop people constantly questioning your legitimacy, or stating that they've seen something like it before (despite that often being false).
Accepted forms of proof are screenshots of the build in progress, screensharing with people while touring the build (I recommend doing this only with potential customers that ask for it, state that you'll provide proof at request), Pictures of you being inside the build and saying something that will prove to us that its you (least trusted as you could be on a public server with someone else's build, dont recommend it as only form of proof) and similar things.

That said, I don't think there is any need to elaborate, so 2 posts is enough on the proof part. Anyone doubting, please give the OP a decent amount of time to come up with something for proof.
