VERY HQ Factions Spawn

Hello,

I need a HQ faction spawn for my server. I want it to have these followings:
Shop
Admin Board
Rules Board
Animal Farm

If I like your factions spawn, I am also want you to place different mushroom, and custom trees around the spawn, I have the schem for all of it. Also, If you are able to create a HQ dragon above the spawn please do it. I am willing to pay decent amount of money for this.
