Its not the server its the setup. He also tried to make me sign a contract and stated he was over 18 years of age which I highly doubt. Plus the contract would not be legally binding so it would be no use but a useless play.

YES that is what he did to me yet I feel for it, He would of paid you most liekly in "COP"

"COP" if he made a contract that was "Legal" then it there would have to be a statement saying "XXX COP" converted to XXX USD or some sort and if you did sign it and there was no currency the contract is basically nothing.
