Very large build

The build I am needing may take any competent build team at least a month if not more to complete... I have a 3d model I found of a futuristic town that I need built to 1:1 scale in minecraft from the roads, to the tram, to the buildings... I want every building to be accessible entering, office buildings and every little detail I am expecting it to be 300x300 to 500x500... I know that is massive, when you see the 3d model you will see why. Anyone have the skill set and futuristic mind to be able to think up the interiors that aren't in the model?
