Very simple plugin to buff all spiders and increase spawning

Hi, as the title says I'm looking for someone to make a super simple plugin that:

• Makes cave spiders do more damage
• Have more life
• Make cave spiders spawn more often and in the open
• Have a "&cGriever" name tag
• Possibly do the same for normal spiders
