VERY Simple plugin (two commands)

I need a beyond simple plugin done with two simple commands, will be very grateful if someone could make it real quick.

two commands;

/gvoxbc [player]
runs command "/voxbc [player]"

/grankbc [player]
runs command "/rankbc [player]"

needs to have permission is.ace and needs to be able to be run by console.
