Very slow Ptero after 1.0 update and CloudFlare, other issues

I'm looking for a System Admin to perform some panel maintenance and fixes.

Hello, after updating to Pterodactyl 1.0 and getting CloudFlare, my panel has been very slow. It has caused:
- Constant account error messages
- Very slow file uploading (infinite loading circle)
- Very slow file saving
- Unresponsive console (late console text, start/stop/kill take a long time to execute)

Things work only periodically then immediately go back to being slow again. Sometimes refreshing the page helps. None of these issues have happened before the 1.0 update.

I need Pterodactyl updated to 1.3.
I also need Java updated to Java 11 LTS due to PaperMC's changes.

If you can help me with this, please let me know so we can start a commission.
