Very small plugin

Hi,

Looking for someone to make me the following:

- Disable Commands specified in config [perm bypass]
- Disable "/?" [perm bypass]
- Disable "/command:command" formatted commands [perm bypass]
- Join Commands (commands that execute as player once he/she joins) specified in config
- Join Items (items that are in the player's hotbar when he/she joins) specified in the config.
- Disable Weather
- Disable Join Message

I know there are already plugins made for each on of these, but I want one whole plugin to do all of it. Please leave your skype name below.
