Very Unique Factions Server

Hey MCM,
I am looking for a fully custom factions server with Most - All plugins being custom coded. These plugins must be highly optimized and be able to handle large player counts. Please do not contact me if you are not an experienced developer that can do this. Also, I am looking for the server to be warm and inviting with the color scheme of the server being sort of rainbow-y to make the server 'feel good'. I am looking for an open spawn that is also warm and inviting without having the 'fortress or castle feel' of many servers today. I am looking for many custom features to make the server unique that hasn't been done before. Also, I am looking for high quality graphics that will be drawn.
