I am RazeAmp and I am one of the Owners of The VexelMC Network. We currently have some big projects that require lots of builds and we don't really have the money to pay for a team, so that's why I came here to see if anyone is willing to use their talent to help us out! Just so you know, You wont get a lot of builders that are "free" The best way, Start with one project, Do a bare minimum if you get players, They can help you build if the feel like it, At least until you can assemble your own personal team for the server.
