If that's your first question for every new server recruitment thread; you should just steer clear of this section; Server Owners don't like people who just aim for "money"

For a lot of people on MC Market, being a staff member on servers is a job. The majority of jobs require some sort of payment, if they are not getting the payment they desire, working for that server will have been a huge waste of their time.

I would advise they search for threads that offer payment; not asking in threads. If it's not stated, likely not a paid job.

There is always the possibility that it is, but, forgot to be mentioned.

What is the mission of this server? Do you all have any unique perks or benefits for participating in your staff team? Do you offer any sort of compensation for the time invested by those working with your server?

Why should we spend time writing a neat and good spelt application when one of the owners can't even spell his own name?

Devouch, the owner Kiteing has no idea about servers and is very immature. He didn't know how ddos attacks work (thought high ping was a botnet), has no idea about server management in general, and as I said before very immature. He recently applied on "PotsHQ" and was denied because he 'ETB'd my server and the owner knew about, Kiteing then begged me to tell the owner of PotsHQ that was forced to ETB my server because an ex-admin threatened to botnet him which is bullshit.

Server won't be unique or special, they say they have "unique ideas" but it's just another server using a generic system and just wanting money. Don't see a point in wasting your time waiting for this server to release then getting no players when it releases.

Sorry, I am slurred I am not aware of this situation anyway you can give me more info about this? I am looking for a good reason to demote someone right now and I think I might have found it. My server is gonna be fun unique and all that we just need to find fake from real..

More info? What else do you need to know besides Kiteing being a two-faced little shit? He also has NO IDEA how to make a successful server, you aren't going anywhere as a server if you have him as an owner.

It won't be fun nor unique if you have Kiteing as an owner, I don't have anything against you but if Kiteing is the owner, I've explained my reasons as to why I despise him.
