Also considering this is a market, you'll get lucky to find someone who can do this for you for free. Since you only have 150 subs, shoutouts would do little to nothing.

Agreed. Not in a harsh way, but just Google it, Google is free. It's better for you to learn yourself.

I'd be glad to edit your videos! I just have three rules:
1. Know what you want me to do.
2. My logo and twitter handle placed at the end
3. Must be uploading regularly.
