I know minecraft content is fine to post, but are you allowed to have the music discs from minecraft playing or will that get stricken for copyright?

For example, if I had chirp as the only audio over a montage or something, would that be hit?

I don't think so.

I do not believe so. I have seen famous youtubers monetize videos with minecraft music/music discs playing! I think you will be fine :)

I've never seen anyone's minecraft letplay get flagged even if they aren't partnered with a network when they monetize it. I get its mojangs property, but from what I've understood their philosophy is to let as much content be posted and monetized as possible because in the end it promotes their game. I guess I'll rephrase the question to ask if the automated takedown system for music works on the minecraft music discs.

I mean I found this, its pretty old.

Maybe its completely changed in the last year. Does anyone know of examples of minecraft videos being taken down solely on the basis of them having minecraft in them?
