VIDEO QUALITY ISSUE, PAYING SMALL AMOUNT FOR FIX

Hello, I have an issue with OBS. I have max settings on on obs, but my videos are always bad quality. I watched a video and put the exact settings in my obs. YouTube has the 1080p option but it is by no means 1080p. It also looks horrible on windows media player, so it's not YouTube. Here's a test I did.



Any suggestions?

I dont see any problem with the quality. Its 1080p.
You have to wait a few mins from when the video has been uploaded so the quality could load.

So it looks perfectly fine to you..? As in like top quality like a professional youtuber?

Yep. The FPS is also very smooth.

You have to be wary with youtube, you will always start at "automatic" resolution. This will sometimes say "720p" or something, while in reality it's 360p that its showing. Always manually set the resolution to be sure.
When I watched this vid, I had 3 secs of 1080p, then it switched to what looked like 360p. I set it back to 1080 and it was all fine again.
