Villager GUI Plugin

I'm looking for a plugin similar to HelpfulMobs - I'm looking for the ability to right-click a villager and it open a GUI including what I define in the config. The villager would also have to not be able to move and not take damage. Payment will be over PayPal and I was thinking around ~$30
