Villager Revamp - Hiring Forge Mod Developer (Well Paid)

I'm looking to hire a mod developer for adding some revamping to the vanilla Villagers. Right now they're a little lack-luster and some of the suggestions for them on /r/MinecraftSuggestions are fantastic, and I'd love to have them in my world.

Those links are posted in order of importance.

I would like to have this be well-organized with actual customization of the entity. Once it's done I am totally fine with it being posted anywhere and you can share the source-code and resell it if you'd like. My only requirements are that you provide me with the source-code and keep me updated as you progress through making the mod(s).

For compensation, I'd like to discuss in more detail via Discord, but I'm fully aware how complicated this mod will be and how much work will go into it. I myself am a full-time Software Engineer and ex-Spigot developer for ~5 years.

As far as the actual payment process goes, I am willing to upfront if you'd like. I'm also only interested in using PayPal, no crypto-currencies. No matter if I pay up-front or upon completion, I am not willing to pay via Friends and Family. If that is a deal-breaker to you I am not interested in hiring you as a developer.
