The thing I am wondering is. Why not ask for staff a week early? You are asking for staff around 4 weeks earlier. I understand builders.
You could just buy builds from BucketOfSloths & have custom terrain from Ivain.

We're looking to recruit Helpers because:

1) There is a lot needed to be done that any staff member can do, and the owners dont have the time to write documents. We're configuring plugins, building, developing the server. If you have experience creating a server you would know that those tasks are time consuming, and why do more work, when you can hire other staff members to help, and create documents and such.

2) The server is under development, and anything can be added or changed. Having a extra helper or two can bring in more ideas, and suggestions for the server. We consider every suggestion, and having another person to give us some ideas, is something we're looking for.

3) In four weeks we will be preparing them with all essential things, documents, guidelines, rules, mentoring for them to be successful at there job. It is better to have helpers that are experienced, and pretty much ready before we release. I would definitely pick a Helper that is ready, and trained, and knows all about the server, and what to do than a helper that has been here for a week, and knows little.

We were thinking of buying a build team but, why waste 25+ for a build team when you can find a builder just as good for free.[DOUBLEPOST=1482811403][/DOUBLEPOST]

We dont plan to be a server with all custom plugins. We simply just want to have a small to medium friendly survival/towny server. You dont need exclusive plugins to do so.
