Role & Compensation Agreement Overview​

Position: Marketing Manager
Server: Vilyx (Minecraft Server)

Compensation Structure:

• 25% of total monthly server donations.
• No earning cap — earnings scale directly with the growth and success of the server.
• Payments distributed on a monthly basis.

Resources & Access:

• Full access to donation metrics, player analytics, and all relevant community data.
• Collaboration on any platform tools necessary for marketing, community engagement, and donation tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Grow server playerbase and engagement.
• Develop and manage content for social media and community platforms.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns (organic and/or paid, depending on available budget).
• Foster a loyal, active, and reputable community for long-term retention.
