Are you the first to welcome new players, the one who always lends a helping hand, or perhaps brimming with creative ideas to make our community even better? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We're actively seeking passionate, mature, and dedicated individuals to join our incredible staff team and help shape the future of Vilyx!

We're currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following crucial roles:

• Helpers, Moderators, Administrators & Sr Admins: As a vital part of our moderation team, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all our players. This involves:
  • Monitoring chat and in-game activity for rule violations.
  • Responding to player reports and resolving conflicts.
  • Being a positive role model and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Having a strong understanding of our network rules and enforcing them consistently.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills are a must!
• Builders: Are you a master of crafting stunning structures and immersive environments? Our build team plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining the visual appeal of our servers. This involves:
  • Collaborating with other builders to execute large-scale projects.
  • Creating unique and functional builds based on project specifications.
  • Maintaining and updating existing structures.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity are essential!
• Developers: Do you possess the magic of code? Our development team is responsible for creating custom plugins, features, and maintaining the technical backbone of our network. This involves:
  • Developing and implementing new features based on community feedback and network needs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Maintaining and optimizing our server infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is highly valued!
• Community Managers: Are you a natural leader and connector? Our community managers act as the bridge between the staff team and our players, fostering engagement and growth. This involves:
  • Organizing and hosting community events and activities.
  • Gathering and relaying player feedback to the development team.
  • Managing our social media presence and engaging with players on various platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are key!
