I’m currently looking to bring on a few reliable support staff members alongside someone with Media Management experience for Vilyx, a growing project/community. The role mainly involves helping users with questions, handling basic tickets, and keeping the community friendly and well-organized.

Requirements:

• Good communication and professionalism
• Familiarity with Discord and general support workflows
• Prior experience in support or moderation is a plus
