What is the Vine Core ?
VineCore is a Core with many features, this one is lagless and lightweight.
This core is FULLY customizable.


Features :


- Chat Management

* Chat Mute : Mute the chat global chat of the server.
* Chat Delay : Delay the global chat messages, Also known as a Slow Mode.
* Chat Clear : Clear the chat for all the players.

Commands :

/mutechat --> Mute/Unmute the global chat
/clearchat --> Clear the chat.
/chatdelay <seconds> --> Delay between the chat messages.​

Permissions :

vinecore.chat.bypass --> Bypass the chat mute.
vinecore.delay.bypass --> Bypass the chat delay.
vinecore.chat --> Permission to use chat commands.​

- Notes Feature

* This feature allow you to leave notes to players. If a player has a note, this one will be showed up when the player will log on. When you add a note, the date will be automaticaly added to the note. http://prntscr.com/fcbj8a [SENDER] NOTE [DATE]. Format editable in the config file.

Commands :

/notes add <player> --> Add a note to a player
/notes see <player> --> View the notes of a player
/notes remove <player> <index> --> Remove a note from a player.​

/removelag --> Remove all the dropped entities.
/fly --> Fly command.

I don't really know how worth is it, prices updated. Btw I'm not providing an HCF core.

Just from the code snippets you can see this plugin poorly coded.
- Package names are capitalized
- Not following conventions
- Warnings
- Not sure why you are using cmd.getName() when this can be done when registering the command by using getCommand()

Not trying to trash the plugin, just stating the obvious.
