Well, I'm sure a lot of people could agree with me on this that you would need to provide information regarding what the server is going to be about, what there budget should be like, what you're paying them and other information. No one is going to come to you if you're providing no information, this thread looks very unprofessional and looks like a person of very young age has made it.
