I would appraise it around $100-$125.

I thought I'd just check it out as the builds looked nice, to see if the setup was worth the remaining value. I did notice quite a few flaws upon initially joining:

• Crates don't work. (in certain areas)
• There's a double space after the chat format. (just an OCD thing)
• Announcements are messed up - There's only a header message.
• I can use /? to view your plugins.
• I'd make it so mobs didn't spawn right outside of spawn, this can prevent newbies from staying.
• You should receive the starter kit upon first join, you shouldn't have to do /kit starter to use it.
• There's about 3 crate locations in spawn..
• Achievement messages are enabled.
• A lot of messages are barely, or poorly edited.

I highly recommend you lower the BIN to about $200, definetelly not worth $500 (IMO), as the buyer will have quite a large job to do.

Ah yes, I didn't add any.
1) Crates I just added to the spawn, I can fix that.
2) Announcements are set like that because I don't know what to set as the announcements.. New owner can set those.

7) This is a test server, the actual server does not have achievements broadcasted.
