VirtFusion Reseller Bot

Hello BBB.

I am seeking to have a Reseller bot made that would interact with the VirtFusion API. https://docs.virtfusion.com/

It would need these features;

Admin panel (to choose which users are admin)
Aserver (Adds a Server ID to a specific user/reseller, so the reseller can use /adduser (client) (server id), would only be me able to run this command
Adduser, being able for a reseller that can add the Server ID assigned to them, to their client so the client can control the server.
Poweroff, poweroffs a specific ID
Rebuild, rebuilds a specific ID
VNC, sends a VNC link to the server
Start, starts a specific ID
Stop, stops a specific ID
Servers, lists all servers assigned to user.
Restart, restarts a specific ID
