Hello there! I am doing plugin development for Spigot / Bukkit for a cheap price! I only do small to medium sized plugins.
I do not own a portfolio, as I only do private plugin development. I do, however, host a server which is fully custom coded by me. If you want to visit it, PM me and I'll share the ip.
Pricings
Small plugins: 5-10$
Medium plugins: 10-20$
The price may vary on what you want in the plugin (commands, features, etc...). If you are unsure if your plugin is too complex, you can always contact me.
Time frame
The time it takes to complete a plugin may vary, but expect the following:
Small plugins: 0.5 to 2 days.
Medium plugins: maximum of 5 days.
Communication
I will give you at least 2 updates about the progress every day.
When the plugin is finished, I will inform you about it. If desired, I can put the plugin on a test server. If you are happy with the result, the payment can be made. After the payment has been made, I will send you the plugin.
