100$ for a 100*100 spawn is very overpriced looking at your quality. Very random stairspam like detailing, non-organised structures and quite messy looking. I would see a 100*100 spawn from your buildteam around 20-40$ max. Just my opinion.

In which case, this is not our build, merely some random player's "potentially good" build.

If you call this:

Stairspam, then you sir, are a godly builder.

was built 2-3 years ago. Our slight lack of experience pushed us to go to extreme detail, which this build by you:

which you used renders for. (A tip for the future, server owners despise renders and shaders as they make the builds look much better than they are.)

It looks as good in game as in the render really. It was part of other 5 prison spawns, I did 3 of them and a friend of mine did 2. It includes 4 exists to 2 prison mines area, together it was 40 mines. We got 150$ for it and we split that.
Above you just picked all of your pictures and started excusing them. The middle one isnt that stairspammy like others, however it has very weird colours and especially the signs look horrible, your landscaping there is just bonemeal, the whole structure just doesnt flow well.
And for the tip... All major buildteams and known people use renders and they all get a lot of commissions. I wonder how many did you get for your screenshots which you clearly put no effort to.

Dude, here's some competition, if you do it from our build team which I'm a manager of, we do a 100x100 HQ Hubs for around 20$-70$, we generally won't charge anymore more than that for a 100x100.
