About me
Hey my name is SomeRandomMCGuy [14] and I am currently the owner of VitalFactions, so we are a factions server but hoping to expand into a network that has game modes such as Factions, Skyblock, Prisons, HCF and much more hopefully in the near future. I am looking for someone to help me run the server to get some stress off me, running the server solo can be as stressful as it is but it makes it 100% harder when it is your first time. The % of the donations would be shared equally between the two of us around weekly but most of the money would go towards improving the server etc. The server is already made just needs some tweaks here and there (We have 75+ plugins with some being premium ones).
About the server
Buycraft: Paid for. ✔
Host: 16GB paid for. ✔
Discord: 105 members ✔
Playercount: On the 23rd we had around 35+ players on without advertisement. ✔
Server history: We had a launch on the 23rd which wasn't as successful because of lag issues that were caused by the world not properly pre-loading.

What I am looking for
So to start off with I am looking for someone who is above the age of 14 and knows their stuff, by that I mean I am looking for someone that has experience with plugins or they run their own server before. As an owner, I would also expect from you to invest money into the server for advertisement and other things that we need here and there, I myself can also invest money into the project without a problem. I also expect the person to be mature and respectful towards the server's community, the last thing I want from someone is that they have a good reputation.
