Who are we?
Vitality Network is an action-packed Minecraft server with one of the best communities in the game,
which utilizes basic mechanics creating a brand-new fun experience for all to enjoy!
We currently are opening OPPrison and then a SurivalSMP.
Or alternatively, our sister network has Pixelmon, Skyblock & Bedwars.
We hold events with payouts of up to $500.
Upon our first launch back in 2021, we made over $5,000 in sales within 3 months.
We are currently undergoing a full network revamp and are looking to hire some moderation staff!
We will provide full training on how to work the forums, discord, and in-game staff commands.
We require no previous experience.
Roles Available:
Helper 2/3
As Helpers, you are expected to set an example
for the players, and you are expected to prioritize engaging with the
community over any other staff rank, you will be expected to moderate chat.
Junior Moderator 2/3
A Junior Moderator is the step between Helper and Moderator, this role you have permissions to ban players.
Moderator 2/3
As a mod, you have
some extra permissions and a ton more responsibility to boot, from
removing signs to watching for hackers. This means you may want to
start leaving some of the chat moderation to the Helpers. Plus,
remember that you need to start looking out for your underlings and
showing new Helpers the ropes.
Senior Moderator 2/3
As a senior mod, you will have most permissions and this will be
the bridge between Moderation and Administration responsibilities.
Admin 1/2
In a Minecraft team, the admin role is a high-level position of responsibility that involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the server.
Admins are responsible for ensuring that the server runs smoothly and that all players and staff members are following the rules and policies of the team.
Admins are also involved in decision-making processes that shape the direction of the server, and they may be responsible for managing budgets, hiring and training new staff, and handling any issues or concerns that arise.
They should have a strong understanding of the server's policies, procedures, and goals, and be able to work well under pressure.
In addition to their management duties, admins may also be involved in maintaining and updating the server's plugins, handling player reports and appeals, and assisting with server events.
They should have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Overall, the admin role is critical to the success and stability of a Minecraft team.
Builder
Manager 2/3
Managing the server's technical aspects, such as ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular updates and maintenance.
Overseeing a team of moderators and ensuring that they are effectively enforcing the server's rules and regulations.
Communicating with players and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
Planning and implementing new features and content for the server, such as new game modes or custom maps.
Monitoring and analyzing server performance data, such as player count and resource usage, to make informed decisions about server management.
Keeping the server community engaged and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Lastly youshould have a good understanding of the game and its mechanics, as well as experience in server management, and should have good leadership skills.
