Hello, I am the proud owner of VitalityPvP which is a new Faction Server that had just been started and is requiring a coder for the different plugins needed. With that being said lets get on to the important details.

Requirements

1. Have good understanding of factions
2. Have great experience with coding and be PROFESSIONAL
3. Preferably above the age of 16+
4. Friendly/Outgoing Easy to negotiate and talk to.

PAY
-----
I am on quite a small budget right now and will be paying /month. Of course the pay will be based on how much work you do and how efficient you are. If you are doing a horrible job constantly telling me you can't do this or you can't do that , always begging for a higher pay etc . Please do not even bother to contact me. IM LOOKING FOR A CODER/DEVELOPER WHO HAS TIME ON HAND TO BE DEDICATED TO MY SERVER.

Some red flags to most experienced developers:

- Monthly pay that is not set ahead of time. That means you can screw the developer out of a month of work for little or even no pay, and this is particularly possible because you are a new member here, and wouldn't lose anything by getting banned should issues arise.

- "IM LOOKING FOR A CODER/DEVELOPER WHO HAS TIME ON HAND TO BE DEDICATED TO MY SERVER." This one is fairly common, the "dedicated to the server / project" thing. That usually alerts most experienced devs that you're likely not paying the developer all that well, and also likely not treating them amazingly either. Developers will be dedicated to your server if you treat them with respect and pay them fairly, it does not go in the other order (developer has to be dedicated to your server first, and then has the possibility for respect and fair pay).

- "I am on quite a small budget right now and will be paying /month". Small budget usually translates to "you won't be paid much whenever you're paid", and monthly pay translates to "you won't be paid much overall". Put the two together and it translates to "I get your month worth of work, and I get to pay you whatever I want, and if you disagree with the amount of pay then you violate my 'dedicated' policy and I kick you to the curb".

So, overall, this post contains a lot of key phrases and attitudes that make me look at a developing position and go "this likely isn't in my best interest to consider", and if it makes me think that, then I imagine most experienced developers around here are thinking the same thing. Developers want jobs that show that their client / boss respects and understands them, not just wants to use them for their abilities.

Now, to be clear, it's entirely possible these red flags are exactly that: flags, and not true indications of the job or you. But at the very least, some editing to the post to demonstrate that these possible issues aren't present would go a long way to making people more willing to consider applying.
