I like playing minecraft, but I enjoy helping other players play on the server as well.
Why do you want to become a staff?:
I would like to become staff to help players that dont know the rules or know how to play. I take pride in helping others, and also gain players trust so they can trust me on my word.
Previous Staff Experience:
My experience is i have worked for many servers and i never have i been banned on them. I have worked for Creepercraft Network (700+ players) [Closed] the longest and was a Moderator on all the server except factions and op factions where i was a admin on there. I was easily trusted with moderator within 2 weeks due to my activeness on not only the server but on forums too. I was voted to be the best staff on there and that was the first big server i worked for. Im dedicated to my work and i put players questions first and me playing 2nd. Im also good with problem solving and persuasion. I have dealt with many situations from buycraft scams to ban appeals to player arguments. I am really good with catching hackers and if you would like i have a YT channel where i post all the hackers i catch. Im usually the person who records then takes action whether its to ban them for hacking or for advertising.

I am currently a helper on Frontiers Server, it is very hard to be a helper there and im glad i can be apart of their staff team.
Why should we choose you?:
I'm really good at catching hackers and good at typing so i can easily ban and warn people before they spam or do something that isn't allowed. I usually take my time as a player to help other in need of assistance, especially new member who are new to the server. I also build friendship with the players and get to know them so they can trust me as their staff and have knowledge that even when im helping I would not damage that reputation of being helpful just to raid or grief something that belongs to you. I don't hold grudge against players that hate me, i treat everyone fairly even if they are a good friend of mine.
How many hours can you dedicate to the server a day?:
I can spend around 1-5 hours a day to help with your server.
How would you deal with different types of players (Give an example like a hacker or advertiser etc?):
It depends on the if the server rules are strict or not. In my opinion since this is a premium server if i caught a advertiser advertising a different server other then kohi (1v1) I would ban them. If i were to find a hacker I would tempban him for 3 weeks for hacking. I would of course have a recording of his hack in case he makes a appeal on the forums.

Why do you want to become a staff?: I would love to dedicate my time into making a server as good as I can make it. I love playing with the players, and trying to make their experience of the server as best as it can be.

How would you deal with different types of players (Give an example like a hacker or advertiser etc?):
Hackers will pretty much always get a ban, or a pretty long tempban. People really do not like hackers also, as they ruin the fun.
Advertisers can get a mute, as it isn't that big of a offence in my opinion. If they can't advertise, they will probably just leave XD

Though I may not have much on my application, talking on skype may just get way better answers out of me.
