Hey I need a suggestions for a nice cheap camera for my dogs channel and it’s good for beginners preferred brands Sony and canon.

I did tons of research when looking into buying a camera for photography. If you have enough money, an SL2 (~$600) is ideal from Canon. Alternatively, you could go with an a6000 (~$500) from Sony (Sony lens are expensive af so I went with Canon). More budget friendly is a used sl1 from ebay which will run you like $200 but it doesn't have duel pixel autofocus which is ideal for videos. Another option is an 80D or 70D from canon but that's generally a mid level camera which can easily cost $1k new. As far as a lens, go with a canon 10-18mm (~$200 used)or the 24mm ($120 on ebay) for a super light and compact setup. The 10-18mm is going to be a bit better if shooting in-doors with good lighting, otherwise, the 24mm would be a bit better in dark situations.

Depending on where you live you might be able to buy the same camera I
have for around that price, it's a Sony a5000 - a little bit older but it works great

TBH If you have an iPhone 6S or above or a Samsung Galaxy S6 or a comparable model than just use your phone it will be pretty high quality and you can get a gorilla tripod or something to hold.
