Void Sand Stack Plugin

Dear MC-M,

I'm in need of a plugin that stacks sand on the void, for example if sand falls on y-1 the first sand block will turn into sandstone. I'm willing to pay for it and I wan't to see the source so I'm sure that there's no backdoor in it.
