I am selling this Prison spawn because I bought a different one that was more suitable for my needs. This spawn was just built and has never been see/featured on a server before. I plan to only sell one copy.

Sorry to say on MCM this isn't worth $250.. I get you might of paid alot for it or just feel its worth that but most PREMADE builds sell for $100- on here. Now if this was built for someone exclusively then you might get a bit more but its premade and those always sell for A LOT less.
