You may have seen SupportBot around on this website a lot. It was originally created & uploaded in 2018 and it's gone a long way. Its a community-friendly & self-hosted discord ticket bot.
As time moved on the development team has got smaller and its got to the point where things have gone even slower so reaching out all developers with Node/DiscordJS knowledge who would like to volunteer in helping with this small project.
