Hello server owners! Welcome to the official Vortex Management Services thread. We are a team of highly professional management providers. We are working together to provide server owners with a highly functional management team.
Clients can pick anywhere from one to four of our management providers to work with them on their server. A forums account under the name Vortex will be created as the management hub for the team, while they will also be permitted to create their own accounts on your forums. They will all be staffed separately on the server under their own accounts.
The mini-teams you assemble will discuss with you their payments and other server-related issues and concerns. Vortex is a platform for them to provide their management services to a wider variety of people and strengthens their problem solving and teamwork. There is no set price range we will provide, as all of our team members are highly skilled and will discuss their payment with their "bosses."

Hello everyone, my name is Ty, otherwise known as Absolutions, which is my current IGN and my username for almost everything online, however, I will be using my alt account, Worksheet, temporarily, due to a loss of access to my main. I'm 14 years of age and I live in the United States (EST TimeZone). I've been playing minecraft for about 5 years now, so I am very familiar with all it has to offer. I'm a Community-Manager and a Staff-Manager and I'm currently a part of the Vortex Management Services (VMS). I have been playing Minecraft for around four years now, I never found it boring at all, I got very interested in helping servers, I later got my first staff position! I would like to start out with saying that I am not an amateur at all. I have been an Admin on a server that peaked at 1,000 players challenging some of the biggest servers on Minecraft. I managed many servers while I was there and I helped all of them grow in many ways! Sadly, I later resigned due to family issues. I was also a community manager on a up and coming server called "Mineable" it is a factions based server with many promising perks. I later resigned to take this position on Vortex.
What I Will Do
Ok so, some of the things that I can bring to a server are Youtubers for advertising, plugins, better player experience, and a higher player count. I know many people that are Youtubers and are willing to start new series on almost any type of Minecraft server. This will help the player count in an amazing way! I am very good with people so I can ask what people would like to see and I can add those things if it is suitable for the server. Directly two weeks after being personally invited to the staff team by the owner of the network, I was told I passed my trial and was promoted to Moderator. Most people aren’t promoted directly after their trial, and some aren’t promoted from the Helper rank at all. Later resigned due to personal issues at the time. Note, PrimeMC is a server growing by the day with peaks up to 3,000 players. I worked during the time the server was getting these exceptionally high player peaks.

After being directly contacted by the owner, I took the position as a Moderator on the warfine hardcore factions server. With peaks up to 100 players and the extremely toxic community, this position was a bit difficult to negotiate with players. Lots of players in the “community” were cheating and hacking which made this position even more difficult. However, I still fulfilled my position to my fullest extent. Later resigned due to toxic ownership.

I worked both these positions without access to the AdminCP. I have experience with the ACP as well, working as an administrator at SocialBIN (a social networking trade forum) as well as being a full-out server manager for two HCF servers.

Hello! I am Josh.
I am a Server Manager,
I am very Intelligent, and Knowledgeable
in this position. I know how to run a server myself,
so obviously Server Managing isn't very hard for me.
I don't have a very strong portfolio meaning only smaller servers,
but I make servers look very nice by the time I am done.
I have got a few small servers get started, but for
those small servers, they don't make enough

I am a very dedicated individual when I find something I usually stick to it, for example, I wanted to be, in Cambridge classes this year (above advanced) and I did. I stick with them and get no lower than a C in my grades. I love Minecraft, I have stuck with it for three years now, and I just can't put the game away. I will create you a Staff Handbook, which will constantly be updated.
I'm excellent with buycraft, plugins for the most part (Configuring, etc.),
not the best with them but I'm decent with those.
I'm no developer; I can't code.
I will also create Rules, Update the servers News/Announcements and more.
I'm very talented with getting more staff and spreading them out across the server.
I'm always able to be reached and help the players out, or fellow staff team.
I have recently visited my talent with Xenforo; I can create a forum from ground up.

Hello! I am Josh.
I am a Server Manager,
I am very Intelligent, and Knowledgeable
in this position. I know how to run a server myself,
so obviously Server Managing isn't very hard for me.
I don't have a very strong portfolio meaning only smaller servers,
but I make servers look very nice by the time I am done.
I have got a few small servers get started, but for
those small servers, they don't make enough
money to keep it running. I am not currently
working on any server as of now.

Dedication:
I am a very dedicated individual when I find something I usually stick to it, for example, I wanted to be, in Cambridge classes this year (above advanced) and I did. I stick with them and get no lower than a C in my grades. I love Minecraft, I have stuck with it for three years now, and I just can't put the game away. It's to addicting, though I do have baseball occasionally, I know that 5+ hours a day will be made and or dedicated to you.
Professionalism:
I know how to be professional because it runs in the family. I act just like my mom, and sometimes like my dad. My mom is a very professional person, she does very well in her job (Nurse Practitioner) because she wants to be the one who stands out and does the best at her job, as do I. On the other hand my dad is more of a funny guy, who makes everyone laugh at any time, whether someone is sad or just fine, he makes everyone smile, also as do I. I want to do the best I can at my job, and be funny when it is the right time to be, when it is time to get serious I indeed start to focus on what is needed to be focused on.
What I will do for your server/Talents
I will create you a Staff Handbook, which will constantly be updated.
I'm excellent with buycraft, plugins for the most part (Configuring, etc.),
not the best with them but I'm decent with those.
I'm no developer; I can't code.
I will also create Rules, Update the servers News/Announcements and more.
I'm very talented with getting more staff and spreading them out across the server.
I'm always able to be reached and help the players out, or fellow staff team.
I have recently visited my talent with Xenforo; I can create a forum from ground up.
(Ex. of xenforo http://www.zyphior.com/ and http://spinxmusic.com/)
Availability
Monday - Friday : 4pm-10pm
Saturday - Sunday : 10am-10pm
These hours WILL very to average 5-10 hours every day.

What makes me unique as a Server/Community Manager
is that I can make you a xenforo website
that looks pretty decent.
Though that is one of the outgoing techniques that I have.
I am also a very dedicated Manager that works
his ass off until the job is done.
This might sound a bit crazy, but I would rather finish what I
started in work, then have my sleep for the next day of school.
I usually don't go to sleep until 12 am maybe even
longer when I have to wake up at 6.
So I can very much dedicate to your server.
