Experience of being staff on servers (DETAIL)
VeltPvP: I was staff on VeltPvP for around 2-3 months, If you didn't know, VeltPvP is a very popular HCF server that is a very big player base. When I was staff on VeltPvP, I learned so much from it! The first big thing I learned from being staff on VeltPvP, was that how to be mature. When I was on VeltPvP I had to be a very mature staff member when I had to deal with toxic people, I learned how to deal with them and rightfully punish them, I wouldn't go on rants about them and be toxic back at them. I would be mature staff members and deal with them in a mature manner. Not just how to be mature, but how to catch hackers, I learned how to screen share and find almost any client, and I knew when a player was being legit, and or hacking.
TerraPvP: I was an Administrator on TerraPvP, it wasn't a very big server, although I did learn a lot from it. We didn't really screen share although from that there were a lot of hackers on the server, and I made sure to take care of them. Not just the hackers by banning them, although also the community. If anybody needed help with claiming, making a faction, anything, I would help them in the best manner possible. The server started off with about 5-10 players, although I helped the server get plugins, I helped get builds, and just clean up the community in general and I managed to raise the player base from 5-10 players to 50-60 players.
ElementHCF: You may or may not have heard of this server, as it didn't stay around for very long although it was successful. As you can tell, it was an HCF server, it was a Beta Map and we got around 100-150 players. It was a stable player base and community. I screen shared many, many people and most of the time when I screen share, someone, they were using a hacked client, and or a ghost client. I helped out the community a lot according to the manager as I got promoted very fast to Moderator, and Admin only a few days later.
Screensharing Experience
Merge Client:
Step 1. Open up Process Hacker 2
Step 2. Look for Javaw.exe, If they have join.me.exe under Java.exe, Ban them, they have self destructed and they didn’t wait for it to completely clear.
Step 3. If there is No join.me.exe, Right click On java.exe, Go to Properties, Click on memory, Uncheck Hide free regions, then go to Strings
Step 4. In strings keep Image and Mapped uncheck ( It won’t matter ) Then type 4 in the Minimum Length section.B
Step 5. Once finished, Click on Filter, Contains ( CASE INSENSITIVE ) and then try multiple of these strings in the Filter Pattern
Strings: ( MAKE SURE TO ADD SPACE IF THERE IS SPACE ) ( DO NOT ADD COMMAS )
(Space) euM, 5cy}, (Space) t^h,(Space) tCH, (Space) t5H,#44d,(Space) 4=A, 7NXb,
If want to find it a little easier type this in, ( this works 95% of the time, NOT ALWAYS ) Type in for the Case INSensitive Strings : allatori
If anything comes up in any of these Strings BAN THEM!
Vea V8
Step 1: Open up Process Hacker 2, Locate Javaw.exe, right click and click properties, then click memory.
Step 2: Go to Strings and for The Minimum Length type in: 4, ( Without the comma) Then check Image and Mapped.
Step 3. Once finished loading, Click on Filter, Case inSensitive, and type in the following strings:
( TYPE ALL THESE STRINGS WITHOUT THE : ) ( LOOK AT FINDER SINCE THERE IS MORE TO THAT ONE )

Fusk Client
Go into the players mod folder, and if they have FastCraft, do the following steps.
Step 1: Go into Process Hacker 2, Locate javaw.exe, right click and hit properties, then go to memory.
Step 2: Uncheck Hide Free Regions, Then Click Strings, Check Mapped, and Image.
Step 3: Type in 4 into strings and wait.
Step 4: Click On Filter, Case insensitive, and type in: jdGyW`!z@
If nothing comes up, the player is not using Fusk, if anything comes up, ban them for Hacked Client.
Forge Client
Step 1: Open Up process hacker, locate javaw.exe, right click and hit properties, go to memory and uncheck Hide Free Region
Step 2: Click on Strings, check Image and Mapped, and keep Private check same with Detect Unicode, then type in 4 and hit Okay.
Step 3: Click on Filter Case insensitive, ( If you are looking for a bspcore client ) type in bsp for the filter pattern then hit okay.
Step 5: Then Click on Filter, case sensitive again, and type in ASM: ( TYPE WITH COLEN )
Step 6: Make it so you can read the hooks and look for GuiOpenevent, Key Input event, etc. If they look like this: http://prntscr.com/fih43o Ban them.
If they have InputEvent ban them, they are using a ghost client.
IF IT'S TCPNODELAY IT SHOULD HAVE NO HOOKS, TCPNODELAY REACH WILL HAVE MouseEvent)
If you suspect them of a tcpnodelay or fastcraft hacked client, Go back to Step 3, and instead of typing bspcore, type in fastcraft, then click on Filter case insensitive again and type in ASM:

TCPNoDelay should have no forge events being used,
but something like KeyMod or Keystrokesmod will use InputEvent / MouseEvent because they need to check if you're clicking.
Why should we accept you over anyone else?
You should accept me over other applicants because as you can see above, I have a lot of experience from being a staff member in general, from helping players out on a server, from being an Admin, and a Moderator on a famous server. I am not toxic what so ever and I believe I can help out any server in a kind and friendly, and mature manner. I do think that I know how to screen share better than a few people since I have listed all those methods above and to this day, I am still searching on the internet how to find new clients and easier ways to find clients. I will always put a lot of time and dedication into the server because I want to help out everyone!
