Vote Listener (ForgeSponge)

I'm currently looking for someone to create or port a VoteListener for Sponge.

GiveAnythingListener is particularly the concept I'm requesting.

- Reward Per Vote
- Command Rewards executed by console
- Vote Milestones (Cumulative voting)
- Ability to Reset a Players Votes
- Online/Offline Vote capabilities (if player is offline then it saves vote to run when they log on or something)
