Vote on most effective ad banner

I'm going to leave this description brief, since the individual banners should do all of the talking. However, I will be using one of these, please let me know which banner you believe would be most effective in a signature for drawing in interested server owners.

i really like the 3rd one just the font change it to something nice the slogan and the image in the background shouldn't go over the text.

and the size of the text plus try adding the logo to it.

For me the middle one looks more fancy and nice
I think between the second and the third
Keep it clear, keep it simple

All of them are good. Though, I would not go with the middle one as it does not provide any info on what the plugin does.

(#3) First Banner: Although it has a nice modern style, it is bombarded with information. The purpose of a banner is to be simple and to get the point across clearly.

(#1) Second Banner: It has a clear and clean message, the gradient does a great job at making the logo stand out and the text on the left provides a simple but effective message.

(#2) Third Banner: It just feels like everything is too blown up, I would highly suggest making the text slightly smaller and bolding "install plugin".

Updated the top banner to be less busy and more readable.

I like the style of the second one however I think the secondary text on the right is less informative than the secondary text on the third banner.
At a glance displaying it as a closed beta will send people away. I don't think this should be a main selling point.

I love them all, they all stand out

Possibly top and middle are most effective
