Vote system help!

Hello, im looking for someone to setup a vote system for my network !
What i want its easy to explain : i have 6 servers connected to bungee.
When someone vote for network will get a reward on the server where he is connected and nothing else !
So u vote and your connected on factions u get the reward there and only there !
I can buy or provide any premium plugin from spigot if necesarly.
As well if its possible to make this with Vote for diamonds module from enjing even better .
